Refund Policy - Nili Academy

At Nili Academy, we aim to provide high-quality training and educational services. If you are not satisfied or need to cancel your enrollment, the following refund conditions apply:

1. Cancellation Before the Course Starts

  • If you cancel 14 days or more before the start date of your course, you are entitled to a full refund of the course fee.

  • If you cancel less than 14 days before the course starts, an administrative fee of 30% will be deducted from your refund.

 

2. Cancellation After the Course Has Started

  • Once the course has begun, the course fee is non-refundable.

  • However, in exceptional circumstances (such as medical reasons), participants may request a course reschedule or credit for a future course. Supporting documentation may be required.

 

3. Digital Products & Online Materials

  • All digital products, downloadable content, and online training materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.

 

4. No-Show Policy

  • If a participant does not attend the scheduled training without prior notice, the payment is non-refundable.

 

5. Course Cancellation by Nili Academy

  • If Nili Academy cancels or reschedules a course due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered:

    • A full refund, or

    • The option to transfer to another course date at no extra cost.

 

6. How to Request a Refund

Please include your name, course name, payment receipt, and reason for the request.

 

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
