IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Permanent makeup is an advanced procedure that involves implanting pigment into the skin.
The course teaches professional techniques and safety principles, but certification does not replace local legal requirements, permits, insurance or other obligations applicable to working as a PMU artist.
In the Netherlands, PMU is subject to tattooing and permanent-makeup regulations. A practitioner must work from an appropriately permitted location and comply with applicable hygiene and safety requirements.
