Service Description
The Microblading & Eyebrow Design Course at Nili Academy is an intensive training program that blends artistry with precision. Designed for both beginners and beauty professionals, this course provides the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to perform safe, beautiful, and natural-looking microblading treatments. Students will learn how to design perfect brows using facial morphology and golden ratio principles while mastering pigment theory, skin analysis, and advanced hairstroke techniques. By the end of the course, students will be able to: - Design symmetrical, natural-looking eyebrows for different face shapes. - Perform microblading procedures safely and hygienically. - Understand color theory and pigment selection for various skin tones. - Provide professional consultations and aftercare guidance. - Build a portfolio and confidently start their career as a certified microblading artist. Course Structure: 1️⃣ Day 1 – Theory & Fundamentals - Introduction to microblading and industry standards - Skin anatomy and contraindications - Hygiene, sterilization, and client safety - The golden ratio & facial symmetry mapping - Tools, products, and pigment overview - Practice on paper: stroke patterns and eyebrow shapes 2️⃣ Day 2 – Practical Training - Step-by-step mapping demonstration - Technique practice on latex skin - Pressure control and stroke consistency - Pigment implantation methods - Live model demonstration by instructor - Student practice on model (supervised) -Aftercare, healing, and client management Course Kits: Each student receives a Professional Microblading Kit containing: - Manual microblading pen - Blades and disposable tools - Measuring compass and brow ruler - Pigments and color chart - Latex practice sheets - Numbing and hygiene products - Aftercare samples and consent forms Certification: Upon completion of all course modules and practical assessments, students receive a certificate of Attendance.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Nili Academy Registration & Payment A booking is confirmed once the student receives a confirmation email and the course fee (or agreed deposit) is paid in full. Right of Withdrawal / Reflection Period In accordance with Dutch consumer-law, if the course were delivered entirely online or as a distance service, there would be a 14-day cooling-off period. However, since this is a fixed-date, in-person training with a scheduled start date, this right does not apply beyond enrolment. (Once the service is scheduled to begin, the standard cancellation terms below apply.) Cancellation by the Student If you cancel your participation, the following fees will apply (based on the total course price): Cancellation more than 8 weeks (56 days) before the course start date: 10% of the course fee (minimum €50) as an administration and preparation fee. Cancellation between 8 weeks (56 days) and 4 weeks (28 days) before start: 25% of the course fee. Cancellation between 4 weeks (28 days) and 1 week (7 days) before start: 50% of the course fee. Cancellation less than 7 days before the course start date, or failure to attend (no-show): 100% of the course fee is due. A cancellation must be submitted in writing (email to ghasre.nilii@niliacademy.com) and is only effective once we confirm receipt. Transfer or Substitution You are permitted to transfer your booking to another person or apply your fee to a future date once, provided we receive written notification at least 14 days before your scheduled course start. A transfer fee of € 75 applies. If you cancel and request a transfer less than 14 days before the course, the cancellation fees per clause 3 apply. Cancellation by Nili Academy Nili Academy reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course due to insufficient enrolment or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., trainer illness, venue issues). In such case we will: offer an alternative course date, or if no suitable alternative is accepted, refund the full fee paid. We are not liable for any additional costs you may incur (travel/accommodation) unless caused by our gross negligence. Refunds Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 30 calendar days of cancellation confirmation. Refunds are made via the original payment method. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events If the course must be cancelled or postponed due to force-majeure (e.g., new government restrictions, natural disaster), we will notify you as soon as possible.
